Returns and Refunds
Products can be returned or exchanged up to 14 calendar days after receiving your original order. Make sure the product is in its original condition and unused. Provide your return with a tracking number, as Coyé will not be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. The shipping costs are non-refundable and for the customer himself. Any returns that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Coyé.
Please note, YOUR Coyé items (personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is any issue with your purchase, please reach out to our team at email@example.com
After we receive your return we will inspect it and the return shall be processed within 5 working days. Once the process is complete we will contact you immediately. It may take up to 7 working days for the funds to be credited into your bank account, PayPal address or credit card.
To request a return please send an email with your order number and return reason to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible with all the information.
All returned items should be declared as “Returns” on the customs declaration; returned packages that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration may incur additional fees.
If there is anything wrong with your product don’t hesitate to tell us. We want to sort out all issues with incorrect items. Please contact us at order@coyé.eu with your order number and the incorrect item’s name and we will contact you as soon as possible.
